| In 1988, Tokyo is nuked. This is about the corrupt Neo Tokyo in 2018. There is this prophecy that "Akira" will come. Akira is this psychic person that could end the world. In Tokyo, there are loads of biker gangs. One of the biker gangs is the Vipers, and then the Clowns are their rivals. Turns out that after a gang war, a Viper is injured and taken into a hospital. During his x-ray, some odd energy is detected. He is Akira, or so they think... |

| The animation is beyond anything you will ever see. Makes Dragonball GT look like the old Gundam. The plot is good, but very confusing and hard to follow. This movie isnt for little kids, with lots of blood and about 3.9 seconds of breasts. But a good movie. |
